These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern all transactions carried out on the website www.cany-on-line.com, including the purchase of online canyoning training videos, organized into lessons, chapters, modules, levels, packs, and subscriptions.

Products and Services

The products offered on www.cany-on-line.com are digital contents not provided on a physical medium, including:

• Individual lessons and chapters
• Modules, levels, and packs
• Subscriptions for video access

Price and Payment

All prices are indicated in USD and EUR, depending on the currency selected by the user. Payments are made via a secure gateway compatible with major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Applicable taxes are included in the displayed prices.

Payment Processing

Credit card transactions are processed by our secure payment provider Stripe, in accordance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) standards. Your banking data is encrypted and is never stored on our servers.

Product Delivery

Training videos are available immediately after payment confirmation. Access to the content is provided via a link or a login interface on your user account.

Liability

Cany-On-Line.LTD shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of purchased content on the site, including accidents during canyoning practice.

Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation applicable to digital products, no right of withdrawal can be exercised once access to the videos has been activated. By making the purchase, the customer expressly waives the right of withdrawal.

Refund

Due to the digital nature of the products (online videos), no refund is possible after access to the videos has been granted, except in the following cases:

• Technical defect making access to the product impossible.
• Video not compliant with the description (after verification by our customer service).

In these cases, the customer must contact customer service at info@cany-on-line.com within 14 days of purchase, providing proof of the encountered issue.

Cancellation of a subscription

Subscriptions are charged according to the selected period (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the customer area. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, no pro-rata refund will be granted.

Product return

Given that videos are digital products not provided on physical media, there is no physical return possible.

User responsibility

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their equipment (computer, smartphone, internet connection) is compatible with the videos before making the purchase. No refund will be granted for technical issues related to the user's personal equipment.

Suspension or termination of access

Cany-On-Line.LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the videos in case of non-compliance with these conditions (e.g., unauthorized sharing, unauthorized commercial use). No compensation will be granted in these cases.
